Look good, feel great

When summer hits, so does beach body fever. But this month, I want you to focus on more than just the way exercise makes you look. I want you to focus how it makes you feel.

Exercise is one of the most important things you can do for your health—as important as making regular visits to the doctor. It improves your mood, helps manage your weight, promotes better sleep, and plays an important role in preventing diseases like diabetes and heart disease. In fact, research shows that people who exercise regularly live up to 2.5 years longer than people that do not. Regular exercise can also eliminate the need for medication!

Need more to get motivated? Exercise:
• Is a natural energy boost (all those endorphins!)
• Increases your sex drive (those endorphins again)
• Sharpens your mind
• Improves your mood
• Empowers you

It doesn’t matter how old you are, how out of shape you currently are, how busy you are, everyone can feel better with exercise. Stay tuned this month for tips, motivation and workouts that fit your lifestyle and challenges you—without discouraging you—to improve the way your body feels.
